Privacy Policy for Bardak

Bardak is a party board game developed by Gevorg Tonoyan. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users, including families and children. This policy explains how our application handles data and internet connectivity.

1. Data Collection and Usage

We believe in absolute privacy. Bardak does not collect, store, or share any personal information from its users. This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers.

2. Internet Connectivity and Firebase

Bardak requires internet access for the sole purpose of fetching and updating word packs from Firebase.

• Content Delivery: Internet is used exclusively to download game content (words and categories) to your device.
• Caching: Once word packs are fetched, they are cached locally on your device so you can continue playing offline.
• No Tracking: We do not use the internet connection for analytics, user tracking, or advertising.

3. Children’s Privacy (Families Policy Compliance)

Bardak targets a broad audience, including users under the age of 18.

• COPPA/GDPR Compliance: We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• No Data Harvesting: Since we do not collect any personal data, no data is harvested from children.
• Appropriate Content: All content, including our upcoming "Kids Pack," is manually reviewed to be age-appropriate.

4. Third-Party Services

While we use Firebase for content hosting, we do not use Firebase Auth, Analytics, or any other features that require user identification. Firebase is used strictly as a content repository.
